What and when should you eat to have the best workout and maximize results? A few months ago, I wrote this article for GoodZing.com about pre-exercise nutrition – what to eat and when to eat depending on what type of exercise you’re about to do. Different types of workouts have different metabolic requirements, and you shouldn’t necessarily eat the same way for a four-mile run as a weight-lifting session or as a yoga class.
