Running & Exercise in the Morning or Evening?

Apologies for not posting any new blog entries lately – I ended up having to completely rebuild my website from scratch (with the help of WordPress, of course), so that took a bit of time where I couldn’t post new stuff. But now that the majority that is done, I’m back! And to get things rolling again, here is an article that I wrote for Racefully about whether it is better to run in the morning or in the evening. The focus is on running, but much of it applies to exercise/fitness in general, too! There’s also some discussion about nutrition as well.
