Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Yoga Pole Studio group classes currently on hold, Barbara has been teaching online virtual fitness classes for conditioning, flexibility, and inversions  via Zoom!

The current usual schedule (subject to change; all times Eastern):

  • Monday 7:15pm: Flexibility
  • Tuesday 6pm: Total Body Blast
  • Thursday 6pm: Flexibility
  • Friday 6:15pm: Abs & Glutes
  • Friday 7:15pm: Beginner Headstands & Inversions
  • Saturday 6pm: Total Body Blast
  • Saturday 7pm: Flexibility

Classes are $10 for one class, $15 for two classes, or $35 for five classes. Most classes are open to beginners and all levels unless otherwise specified.
